Position Description:
The Outpatient Program Recovery Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing outpatient services in our recovery center. This role involves working closely with individuals recovering from substance use disorders, providing support, resources, and therapeutic interventions to assist them on their recovery journey while they maintain their regular daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine the appropriate level of care and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide support and counseling to individuals in the outpatient program.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, based on individual needs and responses to treatment.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide educational materials on addiction and recovery.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the provision of comprehensive and holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on all interactions and interventions.

Requirements:
- Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
- Experience in addiction recovery and outpatient services preferred.
